This may include their name, email, phone number, login name and password, payment or banking information, related verification information like driver's license, utility bill ( which includes NEPA bill or water bill) and other government identification documents (which may indicate document numbers as well as birth date, gender, and photo). This also includes gender and/or occupation (when required for certain bvunza services) We may use the photos ( from users profile, ID card or drivers license or any other document that contains user's passport photo) submitted by users to verify their identities.
    2. User content: We collect the information users submit when they contact bvunza customer support, provide ratings feedback or reviews for other users or otherwise contact bvunza.
    3. Data from other sources. This includes:
      1. User feedback, such as ratings, feedback, or reviews.
